II. Performance Features
Under specified conditions, heating oil products; upon reaching a certain temperature, the vapor of the oil and the surrounding air mixture will ignite upon contact with a flame. The lowest temperature at which this spontaneous ignition occurs is known as the oil's flash point. The automatic opening flash point tester is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB3536 "Determination of Flash and Ignition Points of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Opening Cup Method)" and is an ideal instrument for departments such as petroleum, chemicals, electricity, environmental protection, railroads, and scientific research to conduct open flash point tests.
