Dry hanging process
This process is primarily used for wooden structural roofs and semi-cement roofs.
Construction Steps:
1. Clean the roof. The roof must be thoroughly cleaned, dried, and spotless before laying tiles.
2. Waterproofing Treatment. Apply self-adhesive waterproofing materials to the roof surface. This is compatible with SBS or APP.
Bitumen.
3. Firstly, mark the corresponding rafter and rafter positions according to the tile specifications (cut the tiles as much as possible).
Assemble to effective size (if necessary), then hang the strips over the roof with rivets and secure them to the roof with galvanized nails.
Nails the瓦strip to the lath (If lath is not used, the瓦strip can be nailed directly onto the roof.)
Suggestion:
A. If there are eaves channels, the shingle strips should be nailed to both sides of the channels.
B. If there is a ridge, the shingle strips should be fastened along the edge of the roof.

Suggestion:
A. If eaves channels are present, they should be installed first.
B. When the tiles of the first row are installed over the eaves, the main tiles should extend beyond the eaves by 6 centimeters.
C. In areas subject to strong winds at the top, secure the tiles after nailing the head tiles with safety nails and fasten them to the hangers.
The tiles are fixed on the batten, using stainless steel wire through the head nails to secure them to the batten.
5. Install ridge shingles. Apply mortar to the rafter tails on the ridge, lay the ridge shingles over the mortar, and then let the mortar cure.
The joint is filled with adhesive or mortar.
Suggestion:
Roof tiles can also be laid on the tile hangers with galvanized tile nails, using the ridge tiles.
6. Install eave tiles, fill in the eave boards with mortar, then cut the eave stone in place, and finally use glue or mortar.
Grout fills the voids in the mortar.
Suggestion: The ridge cap can also be secured to the eave board using galvanized roofing nails.

Wet process is used for concrete roofs.
Apply a 20mm thick 1:2:5 mortar on the concrete roof, leaving a space of 200mm wide and 20mm deep aligned with the eaves槽.
2. Waterproofing layers can be laid on dry substrates using elastic waterproof coverings, or applied on slopes with hard waterproofing layers (add waterproof admixtures to cement mortar during leveling).

3. As per the actual tile size: As shown in Figure 1, pop out a honeycomb line on the baseline with 900-degree horizontal and vertical intersections. Prepare for tile laying, and the tiles on the eaves should extend out by 50-70mm.
4. Tiles are laid with cement mortar, adhered in a specific order along the bottom of the trench, and secured with steel nails to prevent slippage on steep slopes.
