The firing process of garden tiles and the construction process for garden tiles
The green roof tiles should be made from clay with a low firing temperature. The firing temperature range for green roof tiles is between 1200°C and 1350°C; higher firing temperatures result in longer firing times and higher fuel consumption. Lower firing temperatures mean shorter firing times and lower fuel consumption. However, if we aim for a low firing temperature while ensuring the glaze tiles are sintered and other technical specifications meet standard temperatures, it is advisable to use high firing temperatures. Therefore, the selection and proportion of the clay for the green roof tile blanks are crucial. For the construction of glazed tiles, the temperature should not be below 5°C above zero, the wall base surface should be treated with an interface agent, and the surface should be roughened and flattened.
The waterproofing layer for the foundation must be completed first. Adjustments should be made prior to construction on a chaotic wall. A sample wall should be created, and upon passing inspection, large-scale construction can proceed. Tools used for construction include mixers, buckets, straight conveyors (external construction elevators), hand trucks, impact drills, etc. During the garden tile installation process, it's easy to break tiles, so the corresponding tiles should be wrapped with tile corner protectors or similar tools, and handled gently during construction.
