The use of tile pressing machines in horticulture has been around for a long time. The tile pressing machines used by horticultural tile manufacturers are generally mechanical in design. After a series of improvements, they have now reached a very high quality. Improving them now is much more difficult than it was before. The oldest tile pressing machines in horticulture were typically two large stones, which were used to press clay molds. Such machines required a large space, and although they were not expensive to build, they had practical inconveniences during use. Later, with the advent of mechanical structures, they were replaced by mechanical tile pressing machines. This was not an improvement, and the two types of machines were unrelated. With the arrival of the mechanical era, improvements could be made more effectively by replacing a component with a mainstream mechanical part.
To enhance the functionality of the potting tile press, various improvements are made to the mechanical aspects. Sometimes, additions are made to ensure the better quality of the tiles. Engineers have come up with even better methods, such as pre-heating the tiles, which significantly enhances their quality.
