The ZQB series submersible axial flow pumps are specifically designed for high flow rates and low lift applications. These submersible axial flow pumps are typically used with a lift of less than 10 meters. This product is a comprehensive alternative to traditional axial flow pumps, with the motor and pump integrated into one unit, submerged in water for operation, offering a series of advantages unmatched by conventional units. In agriculture, it is used for irrigation and drainage; in municipal applications, it is used for stormwater and slight sewage drainage; in industry, it is used for water supply, cooling water, and raw water supply; and in water conservancy, it is used for water regulation projects. Suitable for transporting clean water or slight sewage. The nominal discharge pipe diameters available are 350, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, and 1800 mm.
Due to the integrated design of the motor and pump, there is no need for time-consuming and complex alignment procedures on-site. Installation is easy and quick, allowing for the elimination of a standby pump's dedicated space. The standby pump can be stored in the warehouse, saving investment in the pump station's intake pool. The submerged operation significantly simplifies the pump station and structural engineering, reducing installation area, and can save up to 30-40% of the total construction cost. The pump operates with water flowing around it, resulting in low noise and optimal cooling conditions for the motor. It can be built as an underground pump station, preserving the ground's environmental aesthetics. Using submersible electric pumps is a more thorough solution for building pump stations and flood prevention in areas with large fluctuations in water levels along rivers and lakes, eliminating the need for long shafts between the motor and pump, and enhancing operational safety and reliability.
The impeller is designed using the current superior hydraulic model, offering excellent, stable, and mature performance. By selecting a smaller nD value, it provides good anti-cavitation performance and ensures smooth operation. Two independent mechanical seals isolate the motor from the pump, with a vertical and horizontal installation for added security and reliability. The oil chamber uses oil for lubrication and cooling, acting as an insulator between the motor and the medium being pumped. The retained volume inside the chamber helps mitigate the rise in internal pressure. At startup, the reactive torque of the motor's starting torque can cause the unit to rotate in the opposite direction; the anti-rotation device addresses this issue. The bearings use rolling bearings capable of withstanding all axial and radial loads and are separated from the medium pumped by the pump. The pump and motor are coaxial, with a compact structure and minimized shaft extension, reducing deflection in design, minimizing vibration during operation, and extending the lifespan of the seals and bearings. The high-performance squirrel-cage induction motor is specifically designed and manufactured for submersible pumps, conforming to GB755 standards. The insulation grade is F, with a working temperature as high as 135°C. Depending on the power rating, voltages of 380V, 660V, 3KV, 6KV, and 10KV can be used; for high-voltage motors, a double VPI insulation process is employed to ensure reliable insulation. The motor housing directly transfers heat to the surrounding medium, which is carried away by the water flow. High-power, high-voltage motors use internal air duct cooling technology, resulting in low temperature rise of the three-phase winding and uniform temperature distribution. The submersible pump is equipped with multiple protective devices that can lead the wiring to the electrical control box. These include overload, phase loss, leakage, overtemperature, humidity, and water immersion protection (differences may exist depending on the pump's structure).
The QZ series submersible axial flow pumps typically feature an open impeller intake and are installed in a suspended manner, steel well casing installation, or precast concrete well casing installation. Suspended installation and steel well casing installation provide complete well casings, while precast concrete well casing installation offers an installation base (including anti-rotation device) and well cover assembly. Larger submersible pumps (generally with impeller diameters over 1 meter)
