The QZ series submersible axial flow pumps lift water by utilizing the thrust generated by the impeller rotating in water. As water enters and exits the impeller and guide vanes along the axial direction, these pumps are referred to as axial flow pumps.
Axial flow pumps are divided into three types based on the installation method of the pump shaft: vertical, horizontal, and inclined, with their structures essentially similar. Currently, vertical axial flow pumps are widely used. The main components include: bellmouth pipe, impeller, guide vane body, discharge bend pipe, shaft and bearings, stuffing box, etc.
Installation method for in and out water channels
1. Inlet Flow Rate: The pump's minimum immersion depth in the liquid should be greater than the value shown in the recommended installation drawing based on the sample's shape.
2. Exit Method: Flap door or other methods.
3. Installation Methods: Bend Tube Suspension, Well Casing Suspension, Concrete Research Well Casing.
Motor
Diving Motor
Power Rating: Electrical performance specifications comply with GB756
Protection Rating: IP68
Cooling Method: ICWO8A41
Basic Installation Type: IM3013
Voltage Rating: ≤355kW, Voltage 380V or 660V
>355 kW, voltage: 380V, 660V, 6kV, 10kV
Insulation Grade: F
Rated Frequency: 50Hz

Axial Seal
Two or three mechanical seals are in place. The first mechanical seal in direct contact with water is typically silicon carbide, while the second and third are usually graphite on silicon carbide.
Leakproof Protection
The QZ and QH series pumps are equipped with anti-leakage protection sensors. Should there be leakage of water into the oil chamber, motor cavity, or junction box, the sensor will trigger an alarm or shut down, retaining the fault signal.
Overheat Protection Device
The submersible motor winding is equipped with an overheat protector, which will send a signal or shut down when the temperature exceeds the specified limit.
Steering
From above the motor, the blades rotate in a clockwise direction.
Section II: Applications of Axial Flow Pumps
The QZ series submersible axial flow pumps and the QH series submersible mixed flow pumps are widely used in agricultural and industrial water conveyance, urban water supply, mild sewage discharge, and water transfer projects.
Section 3: Operating Conditions of Axial Flow Pumps
Water and other liquids similar to water, not exceeding 50°C.
