Direct Current (DC) Power Systems are intelligent high-frequency switching DC power supplies designed and produced by our company to meet the needs of the power system. They are developed based on the advanced, mature design, operational experience, and development trends in the field of DC power for power systems, representing the next generation of DC power units. They are suitable for high-frequency switching DC systems and related auxiliary equipment in various sub-stations. Their main performance features include stable operation with good anti-interference ability, low ripple coefficient, and high technical precision. They are available in two structural types: single cabinet and split cabinet. The products are widely used in power stations, hydroelectric stations, and various sub-stations, switchyards, switch stations, and user transformers ranging from 500KV to 10KV voltage levels. They provide DC power for circuit breakers' opening and closing and instruments, relay protection, and accident lighting in the secondary circuits. The system employs an integrated design philosophy, consisting of monitoring modules, rectification modules, insulation monitoring modules, battery inspection modules, switch quantity monitoring modules, and voltage reduction modules, featuring advanced technology, reasonable configuration, intelligent measurement and control, and easy operation. They can communicate with host computers, conveniently realizing the four remote functions of "telemetry, telecontrol, telesignaling, and telemetering," particularly suitable for unattended operations.

◆Principle of Operation
Two-phase AC power is switched to a single-phase AC input, which powers the various charging modules. The charging modules convert the incoming three-phase AC power to DC power, charging the battery bank while also supplying power to the busbar (bus). Additionally, the busbar, after passing through a voltage reduction module, supplies power to the control busbar (control bus) load.
The basic monitoring units within the system are managed and controlled by the main monitoring unit, with information collected from these units transmitted via communication lines for unified management by the main monitoring. The main monitoring displays various information of the DC system, and users can also touch the display screen to query information and perform operations. System information can also be connected to a remote monitoring system.
The system, in addition to basic communication monitoring, DC monitoring, and switch quantity monitoring, can also be configured with insulation monitoring and battery patrol functions to provide comprehensive monitoring of the DC system.
◆Main Parameters
◆Exterior Structure
The system consists of a charging cabinet, power distribution cabinet, and battery cabinet. The system capacity is less than 65AH, and a charging and distribution integrated cabinet system can be used. For capacities greater than 40AH, two-sided cabinet doors are employed, with C-shaped material mounting brackets, the rear cabinet door is double-sided, the front door is made of tempered glass, and the resistance between the grounding points of each component and the total grounding point for DC equipment is not greater than 0.1Ω.
