I. Product Introduction
The FSZ Corrosion-Resistant Self-Priming Pump is a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump with a steel-lined plastic structure. The materials for the flowing parts include polypropylene (PP), polyperfluoroethylene (F2), and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This pump is suitable for transferring corrosive clear liquids at temperatures up to 80°C, while the FSZ-K model can handle slurries with a solids content up to 15% (by volume).
Compared to other similar anti-corrosive self-priming pumps in the market, this series of pumps boasts distinct advantages:
Firstly, it employs a proprietary lining technique that ensures non-coming-off, non-deforming, and non-cracking, securely anchoring the lining to the pump's steel casing, offering superior quality over other lined self-priming pumps.
Secondly, compared to other all-plastic self-priming pumps, it boasts excellent resistance to thermal deformation. When the pump operates at a certain temperature, the pump chamber will not deform like an all-plastic self-priming pump, thereby preventing malfunctions.
