I. Product Application:
The WFZB self-priming pump with no-seal and no-leakage features temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, one-time guiding, and lifelong self-priming capabilities. It is currently produced in various materials including PTFE-lined, polyether chloride, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel, cast steel, pig iron, etc. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, electricity, chemicals, metallurgy, medicine, food, electroplating, environmental protection, firefighting, municipal engineering, water purification, textile dyeing and printing, and mining.
II. Product Features:
The WFZB self-priming pump with no leakage and self-control utilizes a leak-proof V-type seal assembly, eliminating the traditional packing seal, rope seal, and mechanical seal of water pumps, completely overcoming "leakage, overflow, dripping, and leakage." It is the most ideal equipment to replace various long-shaft submersible pumps, submersible sludge pumps, and other pumps. The disadvantages of this structural pump are: 1. The liquid leaks outward along the shaft when the pump stops, making it unsuitable for applications with frequent startups; 2. The impeller consumes too much power, resulting in low pump efficiency.
The improved structure of the WFZB self-priming pump with no seal and no leakage features a sealing device, which serves three purposes: it enhances pump efficiency, reduces motor power, and suppresses the phenomenon of leakage upon pump shutdown.

It also avoids the difficulties of transporting, installing, and maintaining long shaft submersible pumps.
