Overview
This pump combines self-priming and non-clogging waste removal features, allowing it to operate without the need for a bottom valve or priming water, like a standard clean water self-priming pump. It can also suction sludge containing particles, solid chunks, long fibers, minerals, feces, and all sorts of engineering wastewater, significantly reducing labor intensity. Moreover, it is easy to use, transport, install, requires minimal maintenance, and offers stable performance.
Eligibility Conditions
1. Ambient temperature ≤ 45°C, medium temperature ≤ 60°C.
2. Cast iron pump medium pH value ranges from 6-9, stainless steel pump from 1-14.
3. The particle size is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter.
4. Impurities in the medium never exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the medium's specific gravity does not exceed 1240 kg/m³. Product Features:

Application Scope

2. Suitable for clean water, seawater, and chemical media liquids with acidity, alkalinity, as well as those with a general paste-like consistency (medium viscosity < 100 centipoise, solid content up to 30% or less)
3. Equipped with an oscillating spray nozzle, it can project water into the air, dispersing it into a fine drizzle for misting. It is an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.
