Advantages:
Quick opening and closing: Simply rotate 90 degrees for easy operation.
Low flow resistance: When fully open, the valve disc is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, allowing fluid to pass with minimal resistance, resulting in low energy loss.
Simple structure: Compact, lightweight, and low material consumption, particularly suitable for large-diameter valves.

Disadvantages:
Flow adjustment range is limited: Once the switch is turned on to 30%, the flow will nearly reach over 95%.
Poor sealing performance: Less effective than globe valves and stop valves in terms of sealing, suitable for applications with lower sealing requirements.
Temperature and pressure limitations apply: Generally suitable for temperatures below 350°C and pressures below PN40.
