The product is mainly used for heating and curing, drying and dehydrating materials in industries such as biology, chemicals, food, agricultural products, aquatic products, and light industry. Structural Characteristics
1)The hot air circulation oven is constructed with angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold rolled steel plates.
2)The insulation is filled with high-density aluminum silicate wool (glass wool), ensuring the oven's thermal insulation properties and user safety.
3)The finned heater can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides.
4)Digital intelligent meter for temperature control with LED digital display. PID control method (with setpoint operation, program operation).
5Centrifugal blowers are used.

9)The air source is driven by a circulating fan motor (using a non-contact switch) to rotate the fan blades through a heater, expelling hot air. This air then travels through a duct to the oven's interior chamber, where used air is drawn back into the duct to become the air source for another cycle, and is reheated. This ensures uniformity of the indoor temperature. Should the temperature fluctuate due to door operations, the air supply circulation system quickly resumes operation until the set temperature is reached.
