1Streamlined design with a cold-rolled steel shell electrostatically coated with plastic, inner lining of stainless steel, no dead corners for easy cleaning.

4Microcomputer PID control is used, featuring automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and an LCD display for accurate and stable temperature control.
5.BelowBox includes vacuum pump.Vacuum programs are achieved through an intelligent PLC touch screen module, enabling segmented vacuum level programming, automatic vacuum control, automatic nitrogen filling, and automatic pressure relief.
6.The box door features a large viewing window with high-quality thermal insulation technology, ensuring the window temperature stays within a reasonable range for safe operation.
7Utilizing high-quality thermal insulation materials and technology, the temperature inside the box is effectively retained, reducing energy consumption and promoting energy savings.
8.The vacuum pump is fitted with a condenser at the front, which, through evacuation, can condense the moisture or solvent emitted from a large amount of material in the vacuum chamber and store it in a liquid state within the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid deterioration and offering protection to the pump. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent and protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional).
