Vacuum Dryer Box
Application Range:Widely applied in various research fields such as chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, agricultural scientific research, and environmental testing; used for drying, baking, sterilization, and testing of powders, heat-sensitive materials, easily decomposable substances, and oxidizable materials under vacuum conditions.
Product Features:
1.Streamlined design, outer shell electrostatic powder coating on cold-rolled steel, inner lining made of stainless steel, cornerless design for easy cleaning.
2.Radiation heating method,Ensure even and stable temperature distribution within the box.
3.Microcomputer PID control, featuring automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and an LCD digital display for precise and stable temperature control.
4.LCD Display Fujitsu Pressure Controller, automatic vacuum control available.The lower box must include an internal vacuum pump.
5.The box door is equipped with a large-view observation window, utilizing heat-insulating technology to keep the temperature of the observation window within a reasonable range for safe use.
6.Utilizing thermal insulation technology and materials, the temperature inside the box is effectively retained, reducing energy consumption and promoting energy savings.
7.Vacuum pump intake can be equipped with KF series solenoid valves for time acceleration of vacuum extraction (optional).
8.A condenser is installed at the front of the vacuum pump. By extracting vacuum, a large amount of moisture or solvent emitted from the material inside the box can be condensed into a liquid state and stored in the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation and protecting the pump. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent as well as protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional feature.)
