Product Overview:
This product conforms to the technical specifications of the drying oven as stipulated in GB/T11158-1989 and GB2423.2-1989, along with related standards. It is primarily used by research departments in the aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, electronics, communication, and shipping industries for non-oxidizing drying, baking, and heat treatment requirements. The non-oxidizing oven is filled with inert gases CO2 and N2 during operation to prevent oxidation of materials during baking. Applications of the non-oxidizing oven in industry include electronic liquid crystal displays, LCDs, CMOS, IS, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and other production and research departments. It can also be used for drying, heat treatment, aging, and other high-temperature tests for non-volatile and non-flammable or explosive materials.
I. Product Structure
1.Operation in normal conditions ensures the cleanroom interior reaches Class 100 (100 Class).
2.Horizontal left-to-right airflow, through an efficient filter, 99.99% filtration efficiency for particles with a diameter of 0.3um, Class 100; exhaust outlet: φ114mm (with an automatic opening/closing damper) to achieve strong recirculation and cooling effects; nitrogen intake filtration system: pressure regulating valve + oil/water separator filter, equipped with a φ10mm quick nitrogen gas connection.
3.The oven is assembled from the cabinet section, electrical control cabinet, electric heating, and air duct system, featuring a reasonable structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4.Full week argon welding, high-temperature-resistant silicone clamps; coated sleeve dust-free electric heater generator.
5.Case Material: The outer case is made of double-layer SS41# medium carbon steel plate with a light-reflective coating, which prevents dust.
6.Inner Material: Made of 2mm thick SUS304 mirror stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and prevent particle formation during baking.
7.Material for Medium Drum: SUS304# 2mm thick mirror finish stainless steel sheet, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water, free of oil stains, and argon arc sealed for anti-pollution processing.
8.Insulation Material: Aluminum Silicate Wool
9.Load Carrier Bracket: Detachable and movable.

Section 3: Oxygen Content (Oxygen Analyzer):
1.The nitrogen exhaust oxygen control system employs a 2-way nitrogen intake circuit, providing 240L/min of nitrogen to the box in both directions. Each circuit is equipped with an imported solenoid valve for control, featuring automatic dual-flow switching.
2.Oxygen content: ≤ 20ppm, oxygen depletion time < 30min, equipped with a high-temperature-resistant oxygen content controller, zirconia oxygen content sensor, and a set of high-temperature-resistant self-priming pumps.

5.Automatic air door structure: Fully automatic opening and closing of the air door, the air door remains closed during the baking process to ensure internal airtightness.
