Overview of Application:
Primarily suitable for electronics, LCDs, CMOS, IS, pharmaceutical, and laboratory manufacturing companies and research departments, used for drying, heat treatment, aging, and other high-temperature tests on non-flammable and non-explosive materials. The clean oven purifies the environment through air filters, preventing fine particles in the air from entering the chamber. The internal air is sealed and recirculated, passing through a 100-grade high-temperature efficient air filter multiple times, ensuring the workspace remains dust-free.
Product Features:
1. In standard operating conditions, it ensures the cleanroom grade inside reaches Class 100.
2. Utilizing horizontal airflow from the rear, it passes through a H.E.P.A Filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%.
3. The oven is assembled from the housing, electrical control cabinet, electric heating, and air duct system, featuring a rational structure and a beautiful, generous appearance.
4. Full week argon welding, high-temperature-resistant silicone clamp, SUS304# stainless steel electric heater, dust prevention for the machine itself.
5. The outer box is made of double-layered, light-blocking coating on medium carbon steel plate, which prevents micro-dust.
6. The inner lining is made of SUS304 mirror-polished stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and prevent the generation of PARTICLES during baking.
7. The middle barrels are made of SUS304 mirror-polished stainless steel sheets, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and sealed with argon welding.
8. The temperature control gauge automatically regulates temperature, features PID automatic calculation, has an over-temperature alarm, reliable control, and safe operation.
9. Safety Protection: Leakage circuit breaker, control wire fuse device, over-temperature prevention protection, electric heating overcurrent protection, motor overcurrent protection, abnormal machine buzzer alarm, reverse prevention device, door safety switch.
