Vacuum Agitator for Deaeration

Vacuum Agitator Application:

Primarily used in the ceramic industry for mixing plaster slurry during the production of gypsum molds, while also performing vacuum degassing to ensure the casted mold bodies are dense and bubble-free, with a smooth and fine inner surface, allowing for the production of high-quality ceramic green bodies through slip casting. Also suitable for vacuum degassing processes in various industries such as adhesives, epoxy resins, paints, plastic toys, resin crafts, printer ink cartridges, and glassware (this industry requires the optional DM15 vacuum pump).

2.Vacuum agitator degassing machine body structure:

2.1Outer Case Material: The shell is made of steel plate, which is pickled and phosphated before being powder-coated, with a white surface color.

2.2Inner Material: 3mm thick SUS304, reinforced with special methods for enhanced structural strength, durable and long-lasting, with excellent anaerobic drying oven vacuum effect.

2.3Laminated, bulletproof double-layer glass observation window, easy to monitor the item's testing conditions

2.4Boxed monoblock, the upper section is a workspace, and the lower box contains a vacuum pump

2.5The cabinet base features 2 brakes and 2 fixed casters for easy movement. The height from the ground is over 10 cm, preventing the bottom from aging due to dampness.

2.6Double-layer high and low-temperature resistance, anti-aging, and hardening silicone seal strips are used between the door and door frame.

2.7Agitator Motor: Reduction motor, variable frequency controller; Power supply 380V, 750W

2.8The mixing platform cylinder is adjustable for lifting; the blades can be removed for cleaning.

2.9Standard with 2 agitation blades, additional quantities can be selected according to demand. Blade diameter: 210mm (measured from the bottom diameter of the T-type drum)
