Vacuum Oxygen-Free Oven

 

Application Scope:

Primarily used for non-oxidative drying, baking, and heat treatment requirements in scientific research departments for aviation, aerospace, petrochemical, electronic, communication, shipbuilding, etc. The non-oxidative oven, during operation, fills the working chamber with inert gases CO2 and N2 to prevent oxidation of materials during baking. Applications of non-oxidative ovens in industry: IC packaging, LCD, transistors, sensors, diodes, quartz crystal oscillators, hybrid integrated circuit boards, etc.

 


I. Case Structure Characteristics

The test chamber is composed of five main parts: a pressure-bearing insulated casing, an optional air supply unit, a vacuum system, a nitrogen filling system, and a control and safety protection system. It features an easy-to-move integrated design. Once installed and powered on, it is ready for use. (Note: Vacuum with circulating fan: requires 50000pa- atmospheric pressure circulation, horizontal air supply)

2. Exterior Material: Cold-rolled steel sheet with baked paint finish, plate thickness ≥ 1.2mm (baked paint color: beige)

3. The inner wall of the box is made of 3.0mm stainless steel plate, with all seams continuously welded to ensure no leakage after long-term testing. The inner and outer walls are reinforced with an H-shaped steel frame, and an inner sample holder is included.

4. Insulation Materials: The insulation medium is ceramic fiber cotton, with a thickness of approximately 150mm.

5. Cavity Door Sealing: Utilizes high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing rings, which are formed in one piece with seamless processing to ensure high vacuum inside the box. The outer circumference of the sealing ring is equipped with a water-cooled pipeline system for door sealing temperature reduction. Optional fluoroelastomer sealing rings are available.

6. The test box and control box are an integrated, top-bottom structure with the power distribution control cabinet located on the right side.

7. Equipped with mobile casters and positioning cups at the bottom of the cabinet, for easy movement and positioning of the machine.

8. Laboratory with built-in air conditioning room, heating section, and recirculating air ducts, horizontal air supply method (left and right return air method).

9. The box door features a single-hinged collision-proof design with reinforced floating hinges for smooth opening and closing. It is equipped with an eccentric locking mechanism that allows for quick and easy operation.

10. Nitrogen Filling System: Equipped with a quick vacuum break system for nitrogen filling, it rapidly injects nitrogen gas through a controller set value, controlling the filling amount via pressure difference (maintaining a slight positive pressure inside the box to ensure the oxygen content in the box is ≤50PPM).

11. Vacuum System: Optional spiral dry vacuum pump with seamless stainless steel bellows connection, for vacuum extraction purposes.

 

Control System

1. Heating System:

This system employs distributed heating tubes outside the cavity for heating, utilizes an artificial intelligence PID controller for closed-loop control, and the controller regulates solid-state relays for precise temperature control. High-precision thermistor PT100 is used for temperature measurement.

2. Vacuum System:

Composed of vacuum pumps, connecting bellows, quick-connect clamps, and vacuum gauges, the vacuum controller displays pressure and can control pressure values according to process requirements.

3. Nitrogen Filling System

Primarily composed of a nitrogen source, control valve, and nozzle, it functions during the displacement process by gradually diluting air with nitrogen to create an oxygen-free space, also assisting in cooling.

4. Control System:

The control module is the core component of this system, responsible for coordinating the actions of various modules to complete the entire process; it primarily consists of a human-machine interface, CPU control center, control interfaces, output components, and alarms.

The human-machine interface is implemented with Weilintouch touchscreens for displaying parameters and status interfaces, parameter input, and control functions, utilizing Mitsubishi PLC touchscreens.

The control system can detect the operating status of related components and features self-diagnosis capabilities: Standard software is upgradeable, backup software is available, and it offers parameter setting, process program writing functions (5 processes, each process can be programmed for 18 steps), process output, and an alert sound upon process completion.

Note: Optional network port connections require selection (PLC brand varies depending on the type of network port connection).

5. Cooling System

Composed of fan-cooled and water-cooled circulation systems, the fans are used in strong exhaust mode to dissipate heat within the cavity.

Note: Door seal cooling and internal water cooling circulation require an external industrial chiller.

6. Oxygen Content Analyzer

High-precision oxygen analyzer from a domestic brand, warm-up period, recorder output range from linear to oxygen concentration.

7. Nitrogen flow tube

The cavity bottom is equipped with a nitrogen conduit pipeline.
