Vacuum Drying Oven
Application: Suitable for various chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, agricultural research, and environmental testing fields. Used for drying, baking, sterilization, and thermal treatment testing of powders and easily oxidizable substances under vacuum conditions.
Product Features:
Streamlined design, outer shell with electrostatic powder coating on cold-rolled steel, inner lining made of stainless steel, no dead corners for easy cleaning.
2.The inner lining is wrapped with SUS304 stainless steel heating tubes.Radiant heating methodEnsure even and stable temperature distribution within the box.
3. Equipped with microcomputer PID control, the system features automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and a liquid crystal display for precise and stable temperature control.
4. The box door is made of stainless steel with thermal insulation material, ensuring the door temperature remains within a reasonable range.
5. The equipment utilizes thermal insulation technology and materials, preventing the loss of internal temperature and thus reducing energy consumption and promoting energy conservation.
6. The cabinet features a cooling pipe system at the back for water or air cooling to achieve rapid temperature reduction. The cabinet door is equipped with a water jacket protective device for safe operation, which helps to prevent the door seal ring from aging quickly.
7. Install a condenser at the front of the vacuum pump. By evacuating the air, the moisture or solvent emitted from a large amount of material inside the box can be condensed into a liquid state and stored in the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation and protecting the pump. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent and protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional).
