Condenser

The condenser used with a vacuum drying oven, also known as a "cold trap," is a配套 solution mainly for recovering organic solvents or high-humidity materials. By installing a condenser at the front of the vacuum pump, a large amount of moisture and organic solvents generated within the vacuum chamber during heating and drying can be extracted. After condensation by the condenser, they form a liquid and are stored in the condensation tank (cold trap). Only a minimal amount of moisture and organic solvents are drawn into the vacuum pump, posing no impact on it. Besides effectively collecting a substantial amount of moisture and organic solvents, the condenser also prevents rapid halogenation issues caused by excessive moisture and organic solvents being吸入 into the vacuum pump, offering protection to the pump.

Condenser: The refrigeration compressor operates at a temperature of -20°C, effectively condensing and filtering out moisture and organic solvents extracted from the vacuum chamber.

Composition of External Condensers:

The composition of the twin-tower condenser: It consists of a stainless steel outer case, a QD75H compressor, a radiator, two condenser tanks, and other electronic components. Each condenser tank has an effective volume of 5 liters (total of 10 liters for two tanks).

Outer Carton Dimensions: 800mm(L) x 490mm(W) x 513mm(H), this condenser is designed for solvent treatment with a collection rate over 90%. Model: PVD-LNQ2 or DZF-LNQ2

Customizable with dual or single tanks (condenser tank capacities of 10L, 20L, 30L, 60L, or 90L).

Condenser vacuum interface connection methods: Top feed (the upper interface connects to the vacuum chamber), bottom exhaust (the lower interface connects to the vacuum pump's intake).
