1. Original Paint Specifications

Construction Parameters:

The metallic闪光paint has a construction viscosity of 15~18 seconds, and the thinner is 50~80%.

2. Ensure good atomization during spraying, maintain even gun movement, apply multiple layers with intervals of 5-10 minutes between each, avoid excessive thickness as it may cause aluminum powder displacement and mottled coating.

3. The metallic lacquer and varnish are applied wet-on-wet with a viscosity of 18-20 S. Spray the varnish twice, with each coat separated by 5-10 minutes. After application, let it sit for 8-10 minutes before placing it in the oven.

Storage and Transportation

1. The product storage environment should be well-ventilated, dry, protected from direct sunlight, and kept away from fire sources, with a storage temperature of -10 to 40℃.

2. Products should be protected from rain and direct sunlight during transportation and should comply with relevant regulations.

3. Product Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
