Composition  Active Ingredient: This paint is formulated from resins, pigments, additives, and mixed solvents.

Curing Agent: Polyisocyanates.

Performance   This product can dry naturally or be dried, has strong adhesion with the primer, good sealing properties, enhances the fullness and luster of the topcoat, and is easy to sand.

Usage Decorative for intermediate coatings on sedans, buses, light vehicles, etc., also suitable for glass fiber reinforced plastic substrates spray.

Technical Specifications

1. Original Paint Specifications

Construction Parameters:

Ratio: Main Agent to Curing Agent = 4:1 (or 6:1)

2. The main agent should be allowed to mix thoroughly. Dilute with our factory's BU thinner to achieve the application viscosity, which is generally between 16~22 seconds.

3. Allow the paint to cure for 20-30 minutes before application. Filter it through a 150-mesh copper wire mesh prior to spraying.

4. The paint allows wet-on-wet application of 2 to 3 coats. Each coat should be separated by 10 to 15 minutes.

After the coating film dries, fill in the sand holes with quick-drying putty. After 30 to 40 minutes, sand with 600 to 800 grit sandpaper once the material is dry. Dust off before applying the topcoat.

Storage and transportation

1. Product storage should be in a well-ventilated, dry environment, protected from direct sunlight, and kept away from fire sources. The storage temperature should be between -10~40℃.

2. Products should be protected from rain and direct sunlight during transportation and should comply with relevant regulations.

3. Product Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
