Construction Parameters

Ratio: (Surface Paint) Base Agent: Hardener = 2:1 Dilution Rate: 15~20%

Spray Viscosity (DIN 4 Cup at 25°C): 16~22 S, Spray Pressure: 0.3~0.5 Mpa

Spraying Method: Wet-on-wet application, 2-3 coats with a 10-15 minute interval between each coat.

Cautionary Notes

1. Paints (including thinners) should be stored in a cool, shaded area. Protect against water damage, leakage, UV rays, high temperatures, and keep away from fire sources.

2. Paints are all toxic to some extent; during application, labor protection should be enhanced and good ventilation maintained.

3. After opening the paint can, thoroughly mix it to prevent color variation caused by pigments settling at the bottom.

4. Prevent water, alcohols, alkalis, and acids from mixing with construction tools to affect the quality of the product's coating.

After the base and hardener are mixed, dilute with the factory's BU thinner and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Filter the spray paint through a 250-mesh copper wire mesh.
