I. Product Introduction:

Primarily used in oil drilling operations and exploration and development for burning flammable and harmful gases or exhausts to eliminate their environmental and safety hazards, it is a safe and environmentally friendly equipment.

The ZY-150 type remote-controlled electronic ignition device for drilling operations is equipped with a portable instrument cabinet, combining remote and manual ignition. The control box is fitted with a 24VDC battery, which can be charged via an external 220VAC power source. The igniter also features a remote ignition unit, enabling remote ignition within a range of 150 meters. Therefore, this product is particularly suitable for igniting oil and drilling exhaust torches. For torches with high pressure and large exhaust volume, the reliability of ignition is ensured by first lighting the liquefied gas nozzle and then igniting the main torch.

Section 3: Container Description:

There are three indicator lights on the panel:

1. Ignition Indicator Light: The indicator light illuminates during ignition

2. Charging Indicator Light: The smart charger illuminates while charging

3. Work indicator light: illuminated when the power switch is turned on

Additionally, the box is equipped with a charging power cable, a remote control, and a charging plug on the right side. The output plug is directly connected to the power socket of the cable.

Four: Instructions for Use

1. Prior to use, connect the high-voltage cable, ignition device, and ignition electrode. Then, turn on the power switch to the "ON" position, and press the "ignition" button or remote control button to ignite.

2. Turn the "Charge" switch to the "ON" position. The internal charger will charge the battery until it's fully charged and then automatically stop.

3. After use, place the remote control on the cabinet panel and close the cabinet lid to prevent loss of the remote.

V. Cautionary Notes:

Handle the equipment gently to prevent damage.

Please charge the battery for at least 8 hours before using it for the first time if it has been unused for a long period.
