When using on burners or other high-temperature equipment, ensure the detection channel in front of the probe is ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel must be no less than Φ18, and the probe's installation thread is G1 pipe thread.
The detection distance of this product increases with the intensity of flame radiation and the widening of the detection channel, but it cannot exceed 10 meters.
The burner is on fire, but the detector shows no flame. It may be due to dust covering the probe lens. Please clean the quartz lens of the probe. If the flame is still not detected after cleaning, please contact the manufacturer!
2. If the lens of the probe is accidentally broken during installation or use, do not replace it with a regular glass sheet, as regular glass cannot transmit the ultraviolet rays produced by the flame.
