ZYG-20 Igniter Instructions

This igniter features a special high-performance power control chip design, widely used for igniting various gases, oils, and combustible solid particles (like wood shavings and wood), ensuring safe and reliable ignition.

Cautionary Notes:

1. Strictly prohibited: connecting the ignition electrode to the ignition device's power supply without a connection.

2. The ignition electrode must be securely connected to the burner exterior.

3. The igniter's high-voltage output is the red wire, which must be connected to the ignition electrode to prevent accidental electric shock incidents.

4. Electrical spark occurs at the tip of the ignition electrode (away from the high-voltage wire end).

5. ZYG-20 Igniter Operation: The igniter starts working upon connecting to a 220V power source. It ignites for approximately 5 to 15 seconds each time, and can be reused after a 15-second pause. The igniter can be cycled sequentially. Avoid continuous long-term use to prevent damage.
