The overall performance of the three-set ignition unit is composed of 1 independent control cabinet, which internally controls 3 ignition units. Each unit manually controls the ignition at the headers of 3 gas pipeline lines. The site can choose to use it based on actual needs. Specific requirements for the ignition units of each control cabinet are as follows:
The ignition device should be capable of igniting the gas separated from the liquid-gas separator during the gas drilling and well rehabilitation process, or the free gas discharged from the venting pipeline.
2. The ignition device operates around the clock.
3. Each unit is equipped with a separate solar-powered power supply, which can provide power to each ignition unit individually. A 24V rechargeable battery should be used as a safe power source, accompanied by an automatic solar charging system. The solar charging and discharging controller must be placed inside the main control box. In adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, and fog, which are not conducive to the use of solar power, a 24V constant voltage power supply can be used on-site, connected to the power socket in the main control box. The constant voltage power supply is a (DC24V, 65AH) and must be placed inside the main control box.
4. The control cabinet's ignition output requires controlling 3 control objects, with each ignition point (control object) having an independent gas ignition control.
5. The operation panel features a master power switch, voltage gauge, current gauge, power indicator light, charging indicator, under-voltage indicator, ventilation indicator, ignition indicator, start/stop button (see (ignition control cabinet panel diagram) for details), with corresponding label markings. The buttons are equipped with waterproof caps (for details, see attached Figure 2: electrical schematic diagram).
6. All layers of the control box panel and internally installed electrical components are connected with bolts. Wire lengths are considered for ease of assembly and disassembly, ensuring secure and reliable fastening. Internal parts are guaranteed not to rattle during sea, land, and air transportation, and all relays are equipped with safety anti-loosening clips.
7. Ignition cables and gas supply hoses must be flame-retardant. Each independent ignition port control system is equipped with cables of 100 meters in length (buyer to provide cables, seller to crimp ceramic connectors). The outer surface of the ignition cables and fire-resistant gas hoses should have a protective coating; the cable from the solar ignition device to the control box is 5 meters, the charging power cable is 10 meters, and the corresponding connectors and sockets should be provided. Proper surface protection should be applied during external transportation and use of the cables.
8. The main control box features an exhaust outlet label, cable interface labels, and is constructed with stainless steel plates.
9. The main control box is made of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet, and the control box door is made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel plate.
10. Inside the control box, there are 3 igniters that are individually removable.
11. The equipment can withstand outdoor temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 80℃ for extended periods.
12. The control cabinet's dimensions are as follows: 1.22 meters (height) * 0.7 meters (length) * 0.5 meters (width).
13. The control panel features an inclined layout due to the presence of wind and sand, as well as high salinity levels at the site, which can cause buttons to deteriorate easily.
14. The control box panel features a wind and sand shield, supported by gas springs, with a convenient pull handle for easy lifting.
15. The indicator lights on the panel can be differentiated in color, with a charging indicator on the panel, and an alarm for low battery voltage.
16. The airway solenoid valve is threaded for easy disassembly and maintenance. A liquefied gas alarm is installed near the solenoid valve. The electrical working principle diagram is affixed inside the electrical control box.
17. Ignition rods can be reliably packaged, and the packaging boxes are reusable.
18. The bottom of the electrical control box must have four mounting brackets with provided installation dimensions for easy bolting to our equipment.
When opening the cover of the control panel of the electrical control box, the view allows you to see the back of the electrical control box.
20. The air and electrical circuits are started with the same button, featuring a delayed start.
21. Operation instructions on the electrical control box are in both Chinese and English. Labels are also in both languages, with text in recessed (raised) or embossed form. The parameter units indicated on the labels are in metric / imperial units; the material of the labels is all made of stainless steel.
22. Electrical components inside the control box are moisture-proof and dust-proof, suitable for temperatures between -20~+80°C. The electrical components must be from domestic well-known brands: Omron, Chint, and Schneider.
24. The electrical control box door has good sealing. The requirement for the protective level of the housing is IP56, and both the inside and outside have M8 grounding terminal posts.
25. Cable line, cable with added stainless steel cable identification, including specifications, model numbers, and length.
26. The relay top is secured with a special clamp. Cable junction requirements must consider safety protection, waterproofing, and dustproofing (e.g., with a cover).
28. Enclosures, guards, and doors for electrical control boxes require corresponding handles.
