DLH-105Flame DetectorPrimarily used for flame detection in gas industrial burners. The detection performance is reliable, capable of eliminating the effects of carbon accumulation and wiring distribution capacitance. It is sensitive only to flames and does not react to high-temperature radiation or convection, featuring strong anti-interference capability.

IV. Installation
Electrode Installation
This detector employs a contact-based flame detection method. When installing the detection electrodes, ensure the central electrode can touch the flame during detection. The central electrode of the detection electrode must be insulated from ground and should not come into contact with any metal or refractory materials inside the burner. The housing of the detection electrode must be connected to the earth.
The central electrode material of the detection electrode is a special nickel alloy, which is resistant to high-temperature oxidation. No ventilation cooling is required during the installation of the detection electrode. The detection electrode can be used for a long time at a high temperature of up to 1300°C, with the operating temperature not exceeding 1400°C. Please select an appropriate location for installation.
2. Power Supply
If the user's communication power supply is an ungrounded source, such as supplied by an isolation transformer, please ground one wire of the power supply.
