GDQ-12 High-Energy Igniter, designed for automatic ignition of industrial burners. This product is compact in size, high in energy, with a fire-end that withstands high temperatures, resists carbon accumulation, and has self-cleaning capabilities. V. Installation and Wiring
Hole the burner and machine an M18*1 installation thread at the hole opening. Simply screw in the ignition rod. This ignition rod features a new design, eliminating the need to adjust the sparking distance, and can withstand long-term temperatures of up to 1300 degrees.
The ignition rod's firing end is installed 20 to 30mm in front of the burner nozzle, with the gas burn nozzle having a shorter distance.
