1. Atmospheric pressure hot water boilers operate at atmospheric pressure with a gauge pressure of 0MPa. They are designed for an inlet water temperature of 85/65°C, with an efficiency of no less than 98%.
2. The inner shell of the furnace is made of boiler-specific Q235 steel plate to ensure the safety of the inner shell's use.
3. The electric heating tube shell is made of high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and stable standard SUS304 stainless steel seamless pipe, suitable for various water qualities. The heating tube should have even heat transfer and good insulation.
4. The heating tubes are arranged reasonably, with the wiring structure of the heating tube assembly being detachable.
5. Each heating tube can be individually turned on and off, allowing for segmented and cyclic switching of the heating tube groups, thus avoiding significant impact on the power grid during equipment startup and operation.
6. The control cabinet safety protection features include over-temperature, over-pressure, overload, short-circuit, leakage, water shortage, and phase loss basic operational protection functions. In the event of an abnormal condition, the unit should emit both audio and visual alarms, and simultaneously automatically disconnect the heating devices in groups until all are disconnected and the machine stops. The control panel features a liquid crystal display.
7. The operating system features two modes: manual operation and fully automatic operation, which can be switched freely.
8. Optional controllers with a 485 remote control interface and open communication protocols are available.
9. The electric hot water boiler features a separation between the boiler body and the control cabinet, which prevents electrical components from being affected by heat and impacting heating. The mechanical and electrical separation facilitates installation, wiring, and maintenance.
