Overview of Usage:
Primarily suitable for electronic and electrical materials, instruments and meters, various electronic components and parts, and other products, this is used to test performance and storage under humid conditions with condensation on the surface. It can also be used for adaptability tests in both high and low-temperature environments.
Product Features:
1. The shell is electrostatic powder-coated over cold-rolled steel, the inner lining is made of SUS304 mirror stainless steel, and features a corner-free design for easy cleaning.
2. The upper section of the cabinet serves as the workspace, while the lower section houses the refrigeration compressor components. The humidity control water tank is circulated inside the right-hand compartment.
3. Full-enclosed refrigeration compressor (including solenoid valve, filter, pressure controller, oil separator, intermediate exchanger, etc.).
4. Standard with TEMI430 programmable temperature and humidity controller (RS485 communication interface optional).
5. The product features safety devices such as over-temperature protection, cold motor overload protection, over-voltage protection, and leakage protection.
6. The box door features a large-view observation window, with an indoor lighting system installed, allowing for real-time observation of the experimental conditions of the test samples.
7. Install cable test holes for power-on testing of samples (standard with 50mm diameter), other diameters available upon selection.
8. Product conforms to GB10586-89 technical specifications for moisture and heat resistance test chamber.
