Fan air circulation mode: (varies according to different temperature segments)
Horizontal Airflow: Air exits on the left and is drawn in from the right, suitable for baking powdered materials.
Vertical Wind: Air exits on both sides and is drawn in the center, suitable for baking large industrial products.
The hot air circulation oven's air circulation system utilizes a fan-assisted air circulation method, ensuring even airflow.
Structural characteristics
1) The hot air circulation oven is constructed of angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold rolled steel plates.
2) The insulation layer is filled with high-density silicon-alumina wool (glass wool), ensuring the oven's thermal insulation and user safety.
3) The finned heater can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides.
4) Digital intelligent meter for temperature control with LED digital display. PID control method (fixed-value operation, program operation).
5) Centrifugal blowers are used.

9) The air source is driven by a circulating fan motor (with a contactless switch) that rotates the fan blades through a heater to expel warm air. This air then travels through a duct to the oven's interior chamber. Post-use air is drawn back into the duct, becoming the air source for another cycle and heating process. This ensures uniformity of the indoor temperature. In the event of temperature fluctuations caused by door opening and closing, the air distribution system quickly returns to operational status until the set temperature is reached.
