Application Scope:Widely applied in various research fields such as chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, agricultural scientific research, and environmental testing; used for drying, baking, sterilization, and testing of powders, heat-sensitive materials, easily decomposable substances, and easily oxidizable materials under vacuum conditions.
Product Features:
1.Streamlined design, exterior with electrostatic powder coating on cold-rolled steel plate, interior made of stainless steel, no dead corners for easy cleaning.
2.Radiant heating method,Ensure even and stable temperature distribution within the box.
3.Microcomputer PID control, featuring automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and an LCD digital display, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control.
4.LCD Display Fujitsu Pressure Controller, vacuum level automatically controllable.The lower box must include an internal vacuum pump.
5.The box door is equipped with a large-view observation window, utilizing thermal insulation technology to maintain the window temperature within a reasonable range for safe operation.
6.Insulated with advanced thermal technology and materials, the temperature inside the box is retained efficiently, reducing energy consumption and promoting energy-saving.
7.Vacuum pump intake can be equipped with KF series solenoid valves for speeded-up vacuum extraction time. (Optional)
8.A condenser is installed at the front of the vacuum pump. By vacuuming, a large amount of moisture or solvent emitted from the material inside the box can be condensed into a liquid state and stored in the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation of the pump and providing protection. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent and protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional item).
