Vacuum Dryer Box
This product is widely used in industrial production, biochemical, chemical pharmaceutical, agricultural research, environmental protection, and other scientific research fields. It is used for powder drying, baking, and sterilization and disinfection of various glass containers. Particularly suitable for rapid and efficient drying of materials that are heat-sensitive, prone to decomposition, oxidation, and complex compositions.
System Configurations and Technical Descriptions:
Box structure:
1)This equipment consists of the chamber, vacuum system, independent heating system, protection system, and electrical control system.
2)The case is made with mechanical equipment, featuring good craftsmanship, smooth lines, and an elegant and generous appearance.
3)The inner box is made of 3mm or thicker brushed stainless steel sheet, polished and reinforced with a strengthened shank. The outer box is constructed from 1.2mm or thicker cold-rolled steel sheet, coated with a special surface treatment and electrostatically painted in ice white.
4)The door and door frame are sealed with sealing materials and silicone rubber sealing structure, featuring good sealing and aging resistance.
5)The vacuum system consists of domestic vacuum pumps, vacuum rubber hoses, stainless steel connecting pipes, and vacuum pressure gauges.
6)Each layer inside the box is made with a thickness of 2.5~3cmHeating plates made of stainless steel or cast aluminum, with independent temperature control instruments for each layer.
7)The box door features a reinforced and bulletproof glass observation window, centrally installed in the door, allowing for a clear view of the internal test items and their changes during the testing process.
8)The machine's temperature control system utilizes a microcomputer single-chip design, featuring temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm functions. It employs dual high-brightness digital tube displays for accurate and intuitive readings. The system boasts excellent performance and features a touch-sensitive keypad for parameter setting and adjustment.
