This product is widely used in research fields such as production enterprises, biochemical, chemical pharmaceutical, agricultural scientific research, and environmental protection. It is used for powder drying, baking, and sterilization of various glass containers. Particularly suitable for rapid and efficient drying of materials that are sensitive to dry heat, prone to decomposition, oxidation, and complex compositions.
System Configurations and Technical Descriptions:
Box structure:
1)This equipment is composed of the chamber, vacuum system, independent heating system, protection system, and electrical control system.
2)The cabinet is made by machinery with good craftsmanship, smooth lines, and a beautiful and generous appearance.
3)The inner box is made of 3mm or thicker brushed stainless steel sheet, polished for reinforcement. The outer box is constructed from 1.2mm or thicker cold-rolled steel sheet, electrostatically coated after special surface treatment, with a color of ice white.
4)The door and door frame are sealed with sealing materials and silicone rubber sealing structure, offering excellent sealing and resistance to aging.
5)The vacuum system consists of domestic vacuum pumps, vacuum rubber hoses, stainless steel connecting pipes, and vacuum pressure gauges.
6)Each layer inside the box is made with a thickness of 2.5~3cmHeating plates made of stainless steel or cast aluminum with independent temperature control for each layer.
7)The box door features a reinforced and bulletproof glass observation window, centrally installed in the door, allowing for a clear view of the internal test items as they undergo testing.
8)This unit's temperature control system features a microcomputer single-chip design, offering temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm functions. It utilizes dual high-brightness digital tube displays for accurate and intuitive readings, boasts excellent performance, and features touch-sensitive keys for parameter setting and adjustment.
Vacuum System: Vacuum Pump
Condensation System: Condenser, also known as a "cold trap" (with compressor): The condensation temperature can drop to as low as 5 degrees, effectively filtering out water vapor and organic solvents extracted from the vacuum chamber.
