Application Scope:Broadly applied in various research fields such as chemicals, biology, pharmaceuticals, agricultural research, and environmental testing; used for drying, baking, sterilization, and testing of powders, heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances under vacuum conditions.
Product Features:
1.Streamlined design, exterior made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, interior of stainless steel material, seamless design for easy cleaning.
2.Radiant heating method,Ensure even and stable temperature distribution within the box.
3.Microcomputer PID control system with automatic temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm features, equipped with an LCD digital display for accurate and stable temperature control.
4.LCD Display Fujitsu Pressure Controller, vacuum level can be automatically controlled.The lower box must include an internal vacuum pump.
5.The box door is equipped with a large viewing window, utilizing thermal insulation technology to maintain the window temperature within a reasonable range for safe operation.
6.Utilizing thermal insulation technology and materials to minimize temperature loss inside the box, thereby reducing energy consumption and promoting energy-saving.
7.Vacuum pump intake can be equipped with KF series solenoid valves for improved vacuum evacuation time (optional).
8.A condenser is installed at the front of the vacuum pump. By evacuating the vacuum, the moisture or solvent emitted from a large amount of material inside the box can be condensed and stored in liquid form within the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation and protecting the pump. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent and protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional item).
