Stainless Steel Heating Plate (Internal Heating)
This product is widely used in production enterprises, biochemical, chemical pharmaceutical, agricultural research, environmental protection, and other scientific research fields. It is used for powder drying, baking, and sterilization and disinfection of various glass containers. Particularly suitable for rapid and efficient drying of substances that are heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, prone to oxidation, and complex in composition.
System Configurations and Technical Descriptions:
Box structure:
1) This equipment consists of a housing, vacuum system, independent heating system, protection system, and electrical control system.
2) The cabinet is made with mechanical equipment, featuring good craftsmanship, smooth lines, and a stylish, generous appearance.
3) The inner box is made of 3mm or thicker brushed stainless steel sheet, polished for reinforcement. The outer box is composed of 1.2mm or thicker cold-rolled steel sheet, electrostatically coated after special surface treatment, with a color of ice white.
4) Doors and frames are sealed with sealing materials and silicone rubber seal structures, offering good sealing and resistance to aging.
5) The vacuum system is composed of domestic vacuum pumps, vacuum rubber hoses, stainless steel connecting pipes, and vacuum pressure gauges.
6) Each layer in the box is made with a thickness of 2.5~Heated with a 3cm stainless steel or cast aluminum heating plate, each layer is controlled by an independent temperature gauge.
7) The box door features a reinforced and bulletproof glass observation window, centrally installed within the door, allowing for a clear view of the internal test items during the testing process.
8) This unit's temperature control system features a microcomputer single-chip design, with temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm functions. It employs dual high-brightness digital tube displays for accurate and intuitive readings, boasts superior performance, and has a touch-sensitive button for parameter setting and adjustment.
Vacuum System:Rotary Vane Vacuum Oil Pump
Condensation System: Condenser, also known as "Cold Trap" (with compressor): The condensation temperature can drop as low as 5 degrees, effectively filtering out water vapor and organic solvents extracted from the vacuum chamber.
