Precision Hot Air Circulation Oven
Primarily used for heating and curing materials in industries such as biology, chemicals, food, agricultural products, aquatic products, and light industry. It is widely applied in baking items with chemical gases and food processing, curing inks, drying paint films, and is extensively used in electronics, motors, communications, electroplating, plastics, hardware chemicals, instruments, printing, PC boards, powders, immersion, spraying, glass, and wood materials for drying, tempering, preheating, shaping, and processing.
Fan air circulation mode: (varies according to different temperature segments)
Horizontal air flow: Air exhausts from the left and is drawn in from the right, suitable for baking powdery materials.
Vertical Airflow: Air exits from both sides and is drawn in from the center, suitable for baking large industrial products.
The hot air circulation oven's air circulation system utilizes a fan-assisted air circulation method, ensuring even air distribution.
Product Structure: Protective devices: PID self-tuning, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, temperature timing, alarm and power-off, over-temperature power-off, leakage protection, motor overload protection, etc. Control circuit fuses, fuseless switches, and other electrical accessories. 2. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic calculation, LED display, and SSR solid-state relay output, it can accurately control the temperature, ensuring stability and reliability. 3. The inner lining is made of mirror finish SUS202 stainless steel, fully welded with TIG welding to prevent dust generation within the machine itself; the outer case is made of cold rolled steel coated with high-temperature powder paint. 4. Dual over-temperature protection for enhanced safety and reliability. 5. Internal hot air circulation ensures even heating of items. Fast heating time with stable and accurate temperature; excellent insulation and thermal break technology; low body shell temperature, less impact on indoor environment; energy-saving and power-saving, with strong safety performance. |

Structural Characteristics
1) The hot air circulation oven is constructed with angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold rolled steel plates.
2) The insulation is filled with high-density silica-alumina wool (glass wool), ensuring the oven's thermal insulation properties and the safety of the user.
3) The finned heater can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides.
4) Digital intelligent gauge for temperature control with LED digital display. PID control method (fixed-value operation, program operation).
5) Centrifugal fans are used for blowers.

9) The air source is driven by a circulating fan motor (using a contactless switch) to rotate the fan blade through the heater, expelling warm air. This air then travels through the duct to the oven's interior chamber. Afterward, the used air is drawn back into the duct to become the air source for another cycle, and is reheated. This ensures uniformity of the room temperature. In the event of temperature fluctuations caused by door opening and closing actions, the air distribution system quickly returns to operational status until the set temperature is reached.
