Vacuum Dryer Box PVDSeries
Application: Widely used in various fields such as chemical, biological, scientific research, agriculture, and environmental testing; suitable for drying, baking, and testing of powders, thermally sensitive materials, easily decomposable substances, and easily oxidizable materials under vacuum conditions.
Advantages of Vacuum Dryers:
1. The vacuum environment lowers the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be evacuated, thus vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.
2. For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or granular materials, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
3. Various complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and then subjected to vacuum drying, leaving the samples completely dried without any residue.
4. Enhanced Safety – Under vacuum or inert conditions, completely eliminates the possibility of explosive decomposition of oxides upon heating.
5. Compared to standard dryers that rely on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by the flowing air.

3. This equipment features microcomputer PID control, with automatic temperature control, timing function, over-temperature alarm, and a liquid crystal display. It offers precise temperature control and is stable and reliable.
4. Standardly equipped with a large-angle observation window on the box door, featuring heat-insulating technology to keep the window temperature within a reasonable range.
5. The studio features adjustable shelf ears, allowing for height and quantity adjustments of the shelves.
6. Utilize thermal insulation technology and materials to minimize temperature loss within the box, thereby reducing energy consumption and promoting energy efficiency.
7. Install a condenser at the front of the vacuum pump. By evacuating the air, the moisture or solvent emitted from a large amount of material inside the box can be condensed into a liquid state and stored in the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation and offering protection to the pump. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent as well as protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional item).
