Vacuum Agitator Applications:

Primarily used in the ceramics industry for mixing plaster slurry during the production of gypsum molds, it also performs vacuum degassing to ensure the casting blanks are dense and bubble-free, with a smooth and fine internal mold surface. This facilitates the production of high-quality ceramic blanks through casting. It can also be applied for vacuum degassing in various industries such as adhesives, epoxy resins, coatings, plastic toys, resin crafts, printer ink cartridges, and glassware (this industry requires an optional DM15 vacuum pump).

2.Vacuum Agitator Degassing Machine Body Structure:

2.1Outer Case Material: The shell is made of steel plate, which is pickled and phosphated before being powder-coated, with a white surface color.

2.2Inner Material: 3mm thick SUS304, with special reinforcement methods to ensure structural strength, durable and long-lasting, and excellent vacuum effect in anaerobic drying oven.

2.3Tempered, bulletproof double-glazed door observation windows, for easy observation of product testing conditions

2.4Box integrated unit, upper section as a workspace, lower box houses a vacuum pump

2.5The base of the cabinet is equipped with 2 brake and 2 fixed casters for easy movement. It is elevated above the ground by over 10 centimeters to prevent the bottom from aging due to dampness.

2.6Double-layer, high/low temperature resistant, anti-aging, and hardened silicone seal strips are used between the door and door frame.

2.7Agitator Motor: Reducer motor, inverter; Power supply: 380V, 750W

2.8The mixer platform cylinder is adjustable for lifting; the blades can be removed for cleaning.

2.9Standard equipment includes 2 agitation blades, which can be increased according to demand. Blade diameter is 210mm (measured from the bottom diameter of the T-type drum).
