Cleanroom OvenAlso known asClean Dry OvenOrClean OvenWe offer specialized equipment for environmental purification, commonly using air filters to purify the environment and prevent fine particles from entering the box. The internal air is sealed and recirculated, passing through a 100-grade high-efficiency, high-temperature air filter for repeated filtration, maintaining a dust-free workshop. The temperature control instrument automatically regulates temperature and time, equipped with an over-temperature automatic power-off and alarm circuit for reliable control and safe operation.
The applications of dust-free ovens: Suitable for electronic liquid crystal displays, LCDs, CMOS, IS, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory production and scientific research departments. Also used for drying, heat treatment, aging, and other high-temperature tests for non-volatile and non-flammable, non-explosive items.
I. Technical Features of the Cleanroom Oven:
1.In standard operating conditions, it ensures the cleanroom interior achieves Class 100 (100 Class) purity.
2.Air is delivered horizontally from the rear to the front, then passed through a 20"×20" American-imported H.E.P.A Filter, and directed towards the front door (with a special duct design). The filtration efficiency is 99.99%, Class 100, exhaust outlet: φ5mm (with an automatic opening and closing air door).
3.The oven is assembled from the cabinet, electrical control cabinet, electric heating, and air duct system, featuring a reasonable structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4.Full week argon welding, high-temperature resistant silicone clamps, SUS304# stainless steel electric heater, dust-proof for the microdust generated by the machine itself.
5.Box Material: The outer box is made of SS41# medium carbon steel plate with coated paint baking finish, which can prevent micro-dust.
6.Inner material: Made of 2mm thick mirror finish SUS304 stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash solution to remove oil stains and prevent particle formation during baking.
7.Material for Medium Drum: Made of 2mm thick mirror finish SUS304 stainless steel sheet, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water, free of oil stains, and argon arc welding sealed for anti-contamination.

1.Equipped with a Japanese OMRON E5A temperature controller, featuring LED digital display and setting, PID automatic calculation, and thin-film setting, with accuracy of ±0.3%FS.
