Usage

Primarily used for the mixing and coloring of PVC resins, as well as coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene granules. It is also utilized for drying before molding of moisture-absorbing resins like ABS polycarbonate and phenolic resins. This equipment is essential in plastic processing factories and has wide applications in industries such as rubber and dyeing. It boasts fast and even mixing, good absorption of additives by resins, easy operation, easy cleaning, durability, and a compact structure. In recent years, it has gradually replaced low-speed mixers and is extensively used in the production of various plastic industries.

Introduction

The pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel plate, featuring a smooth and hard inner surface with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and non-stick properties. The pot lid is made of ZL102 cast aluminum, with a finely machined and polished inner surface for non-stick qualities and easy lid opening. The base is made of 8mm stainless steel, and the stirrer is made of stainless steel with a polished surface, ensuring smoothness, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The hot mix lid is opened by pneumatic actuation, with the main shaft equipped with three sets of NSK deep groove ball bearings. The shaft seal is a multi-sized frame-type double-lip oil seal, along with a spill disk and air seal, preventing material from entering the shaft seal area, ensuring reliable and stable sealing. The system uses a belt reduction method for reliable operation and overload prevention. The hot mix pot lid is sealed with two silicone rubber sealing strips for reliable sealing, high-temperature resistance, and non-deformation.
