Introduction

The pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel plate, featuring a smooth and hard inner surface for wear and corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and easy cleaning. The pot lid is made of ZL102 cast aluminum, with a finely machined and polished inner surface for easy cleaning and light weight, making it easy to open. The base is made of 8mm stainless steel, and the stirrer is also made of stainless steel with a polished surface for smoothness, durability, and resistance to wear and corrosion. The lid is opened pneumatically for hot mixing, with the main shaft equipped with three sets of NSK deep groove ball bearings. The shaft seal uses a variety of sizes of skeleton-type double唇 oil seals, a scraper disk, and gas seals to prevent material from entering the shaft seal area, ensuring reliable and stable sealing. The belt reduction method ensures reliable operation and prevents overloading. The hot mix pot lid is sealed with two silicone rubber sealing strips for reliable sealing, high-temperature resistance, and no deformation.
