Application

Primarily used for the blending and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resins, as well as coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene granules. It also serves as a drying unit before the molding and processing of moisture-absorbing resins like ABS polycarbonate and phenolic resins. Introduction

The pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel plate, with a smooth and hard inner surface that features wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and easy cleaning. The pot lid is made of ZL102 cast aluminum, with a polished inner surface for easy cleaning and light weight, making it easy to open. The base is made of 8mm stainless steel, and the stirrer is also made of stainless steel with a polished surface for smoothness, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The lid is opened pneumatically for thermal mixing, with the main shaft equipped with three sets of NSK deep groove ball bearings. The shaft seal is a multi-sized frame-type double lip oil seal, along with a spout disc and air seal, preventing material from entering the sealed area for reliable and stable sealing. The belt reduction method ensures reliable operation and prevents overloading. The thermal mixing pot lid is sealed with two silicone rubber sealing strips for reliable sealing, high-temperature resistance, and no deformation.
