A concrete ground slab is a flooring surface that is directly formed through processes such as pouring, spreading, leveling, compacting, and finishing with concrete material, also known as concrete surface finish flooring.

Concrete flooring includes various types, mainly:

1. Plain Concrete Slab: Also known as concrete slab, it refers to a composite engineering material formed by mixing and curing cement, sand, stone, and additives with water into a solid mass. It is characterized by the absence of reinforcing materials such as steel or steel fibers. The plain concrete slab is commonly used as the concrete base layer for the first floor, with its crack control measures primarily depending on controlling shrinkage rate through mix ratio, increasing thickness, and reducing the spacing of joints.

2. Concrete Wear-Resistant Floor: Commonly known as金刚砂floor, it refers to concrete flooring with a surface layer laid with dry-sprayed cementitious wear-resistant materials. To enhance wear resistance and improve appearance, liquid hardeners are often used in combination with cementitious wear-resistant materials in the market.

3. Steel fiber reinforced concrete flooring: Steel fiber concrete has the same mixing, handling, and construction properties as ordinary concrete, and the fibers do not ball up in the concrete, ensuring even distribution. Steel fiber concrete boasts excellent material properties; compared to concrete, its compressive strength can be increased by 2% to 20%, tensile strength can be increased by 20% to 50%, and wear resistance can be improved by approximately 40%.

4. Prestressed Concrete Slab: A type of concrete slab where prestressed steel rebars are arranged within the concrete. After the concrete reaches the required strength, the prestressed rebars are tensioned, applying prestress to the concrete to address the shrinkage stresses inherent in concrete and cracks caused by external loads during the normal service period. The advantages of prestressed slabs include excellent overall integrity, better adaptation to uneven settlements; large-area concrete pouring without partitioning or construction joints, enhancing flatness and levelness; reduced steel reinforcement and thinner concrete thickness, accelerating construction speed; high elasticity, improving overload recovery capacity, and featuring crack self-sealing functionality.

5. Ultra-Flat Floor: Ultra-flat floors are primarily used in locations with high requirements for flatness, such as high-level货架 (over 8 meters) aisles for high-lift forklifts, and areas where AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) carts operate. The construction process for ultra-flat floors is more complex, and there are clear specifications for testing.
