The sand box conveying trolley for casting mold transfer is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC to regulate the trolley's rhythm. The propulsion mechanism on the trolley is controlled via servo and proportional valve methods. The servo control employs a SEW servo motor reducer, which drives the push head through a sprocket and chain to achieve propulsion: the proportional control mechanism uses an Italian ATOS proportional valve to control the hydraulic cylinder according to a pre-set program, with the cylinder propelling the push head for propulsion. The trolley's self-propelled motor (Lexon) is driven by a rack and pinion mechanism, transferring molds between the molding and cooling sections to facilitate static core insertion, box closing, and casting. The main body of the trolley is constructed of steel frame welding, and the movement is driven by a motor reducer gear on the rack, utilizing variable frequency speed regulation with a Mitsubishi variable frequency inverter.
