Natural GasOdorization Machines are primarily used to add trace amounts of liquid odorant to gas systems. Process Flow
The product can even automatically continuously add odor. It maintains a uniform and stable concentration of the odorizer machine, with an accuracy of ≤±5%.
Microcontroller Control Cabinet: Receives flow meter signals (1-3 channels, 4-20mA, specify at time of order), converts to pulse signals for the dosing pump, based onNatural GasFlow-activated dosing. (Manual adjustment available in the absence of signal input.)
The equipment installed on-site features integral explosion-proof and explosion-suppressing design. The explosion-proof grade meets the explosion-proof requirements of Area 1 of the gate station. The explosion-proof marking is doll CT6, and the explosion-proof sign is clearly marked on a prominent location of the equipment.
Equipped with a diaphragm plunger dosing pump, the working pressure output is 1.73 Mpa. The single stroke odor output of the dosing pump is adjustable within the range of 20-400mg per cycle, suitable for a wide range of gas flow rates; it can meet the gas dosing operation requirements for a maximum gas flow rate of 110,000 m³/h.
The measuring tank features a glass tube level indicator and calibration function. It is a pressure vessel made of stainless steel, with top and bottom welded heads and a polished surface finish. The maximum rated working pressure of the tank is less than 0.05 Mpa.
The odorizer machine is independently developed by our company, using tetrahydro- as the odorant.Huh? What?(THT), the core component of the odorizing machine, the odorizing pump, is an imported original product (Milton Roy from the USA) with excellent performance. The product is easy to operate, has few wearing parts, and has a low failure rate. It is mainly used to add trace amounts of liquid odorant to the gas system.
