Steel-plastic geogrid, made from high-strength steel wire (or other fibers) treated specially, compounded with polyethylene (PE) and other additives, extruded into a composite high-tensile tensile strip with a rough embossed surface, is referred to as a high-strength reinforced geotextile belt. From this single strip, by weaving or interleaving longitudinally and laterally at certain intervals, and using a special reinforced adhesive welding technology to weld the junction points, it forms a reinforced geogrid.
Product Features:
High strength, low deformation.
Shrinkage reduction
Corrosion-resistant and long-lasting: The steel-plastic geogrid is coated with a plastic layer, supplemented by various additives for anti-aging and oxidation resistance, enabling it to withstand the corrosion from acidic, alkaline, and saline environments. Consequently, the steel-plastic geogrid can meet the 100+ year service requirements of various permanent projects, offering excellent performance and good dimensional stability.
Easy and quick installation, short cycle, low cost: Steel-plastic geogrid laying, overlapping, and positioning are easy and even, avoiding overlaps and intersections, which can effectively shorten the project cycle and save 10%-50% of the construction cost.
