Cosmetic bottles encompass a wide array of materials. The higher the appearance, the more willing manufacturers are to invest in cost. Glass cosmetic bottles greatly aid in enhancing the product's elegance. The substantial texture and various spray decorations of glass bottles are unparalleled by plastic packaging.
1. Cream Bottle Series: Glass Body + Plastic Outer Cap (usually in 10g-50g capacity)
2. Lotion Series: Glass bottle with plastic or aluminum pump head (capacity relatively high, between 60 to 100ml)
3. Facial Toner Series: Glass bottle + Plastic inner cap + outer lid (over 100ml, also available with a pump)
4. Essential Oil Bottles: Glass Body + Inner Cap + Large Cap or Dropper Tip + Dropper + Aluminum Foil Cap
Manufacturing Process:
Bottle: Transparent, frosted, and colored bottles (including white porcelain bottles, essential oil bottles) - less commonly used colors with high order quantities, less in stock. Spray or sandblasting process.
Printing: Silk-screen printing, hot stamping (total of no more than 2 times for silk-screen printing and hot stamping; too many colors increase the rate of defective products and raise costs.)
Screen Printing: There are typically two types of screen printing for glass bottles. One is high-temperature ink screen printing, characterized by its resistance to fading and a more subdued color. The other is low-temperature ink screen printing, which has more vibrant colors but requires higher quality ink to prevent peeling. Attention must also be given to bottle sterilization. Hot stamping and silver stamping can be determined based on customer and product requirements.
