The High Purity Nitrogen Generator is powered by an air compressor as the raw gas source, featuring a superior dual compressor, self-designed vibration and heat insulation measures, an automatic drainage system, a cooling system, a gas purification and filtration system, and an internal overpressure safety protection device. Advanced membrane separation technology is employed, significantly enhancing the nitrogen production efficiency and purity, earning widespread customer recognition and positive reviews.
The gas storage tank is made of premium stainless steel material, featuring a dual protection system against overpressure and overcurrent. The operation is simple, reliable, and ensures the continuous stability of the machine's operation.
The machine's air circuit is divided into two main parts: the first is air compression and storage, and the second is membrane nitrogen separation. The power source for compression and storage is the compressor. Once the circuit is connected, the compressor begins to compress and store gas. It will automatically stop when the pressure reaches the set value. The nitrogen production process consumes air, and the compressor will automatically start to replenish air when the air pressure falls below the set value. The nitrogen production process uses membrane separation. When the air pressure reaches the nitrogen production requirements, the nitrogen production switch is turned on, and a pressure stabilizing and throttling device is connected in the nitrogen gas circuit.
